Great question! Personally, I found meditation to be the best way to start my day.
Making a habit of meditating first thing in the morning might seem like wasted time when you're already rushing to get out the door, but you'll feel the benefits of getting in touch with your breath and practicing calming your mind as you move through your day.
I use the Headspace app and recently finished my one-hundredth day of meditating in a row! ๐ง
